The ICU was started seeing the immense need for intensive care for people who would have to travel between 100km to 200km, sometimes in the middle of the night using very precious resource. We are grateful for the generous gifts from friends who have supported this cause. There are 2 ventilators which have provided excellent service to patients. We started out with 4 beds but have had to extend the service to another 3 beds, due to great demand, taking the total to 7.
